Our mission

Systems That Serve Children.
Families. Communities.

Behind every framework we build and every system we implement is a child who deserves consistent, high-quality care — and a family that deserves to know that care is being delivered.

Large organizations and governments set the conditions for whether children receive quality special education. When those systems are well-built, children thrive. When they are fragmented or absent, children fall through the gap. Our work exists to close that gap — at the institutional level, where the most children can be reached.

🧒
For Children
Ensuring every child receives consistent, evidence-based ABA and special education services — regardless of which school, clinic, or country they are in.
👨‍👩‍👧
For Families
Building systems that give families transparency, consistency, and confidence in the care their children are receiving — and the support structures they need alongside it.
🌍
For Countries
Working at the governance level to ensure that quality of care is consistent across every school in a nation — so that geography does not determine whether a child gets the services they need.
About ABA Systems Consult

Built by Demand. Focused on Impact.

Pinnacle EDS was established in 2026 by three of the most credentialed practitioners in special education and applied behavior analysis — each with decades of institutional leadership and a history of being sought out by organizations, districts, and agencies that needed their expertise.

After years of being pulled toward this work while serving in other roles, they came together with a single mandate: to build the firm that could deliver what they had been individually doing for decades — at the scale and with the structure that institutions actually need.

Named Systems. Proven Methodology. Measurable Results.

Each framework is a defined, deployable system — built from decades of clinical and educational practice and refined through institutional-level delivery.

An institutional evaluation framework for state agencies, large school districts, and government ministries — assessing current special education infrastructure, workforce capacity, compliance alignment, and readiness for systemic reform.

National Workforce Development Framework (NWDF)

A comprehensive model for building sustainable special education and ABA workforce pipelines — from foundational educator training and competency frameworks to advanced practitioner development and institutional train-the-trainer programs.

International
