For children
Consistent, evidence-based ABA and special education services, whichever school, clinic, or country a child is in.
About Pinnacle EDS
Pinnacle EDS was established in 2026 by practitioners who had spent years being sought out by organizations, districts, and agencies that needed their expertise.
Our story
After years of being pulled toward this work while serving in other roles, our founders came together with a single mandate: build the firm that could deliver what they had each been doing for decades, with the scale and structure institutions need.
Large organizations and governments set the conditions for whether children receive quality special education. When those systems are well built, children thrive. When they are fragmented or missing, children fall through the gaps. Our work exists to close those gaps at the institutional level, where the most children can be reached.
Every child, wherever they live or go to school, deserves a system built to serve them.
Our mission
Consistent, evidence-based ABA and special education services, whichever school, clinic, or country a child is in.
Transparency, consistency, and confidence in the care their children receive, with the support they need alongside it.
Governance that keeps quality consistent across every school in a nation, so geography never decides whether a child is served.
Leadership
Our managing directors lead a broader team of credentialed practitioners, educators, and institutional specialists.
Managing Director, Clinical Systems
Emily leads Pinnacle EDS's clinical systems practice. Her work centers on the infrastructure that keeps applied behavior analysis consistent across clinicians and locations: treatment plan standards, session delivery, supervision, and documentation.
She guides the firm's clinical and compliance frameworks for health systems and multi-site ABA providers, from the first organizational assessment to quality assurance across every site.
Managing Director, Education & Institutional Affairs
Ahmed leads Pinnacle EDS's work with school districts, state agencies, and governments. His focus is the institutional side of special education: program design, policy, compliance, and the educator workforce needed to sustain them.
He guides the firm's education, workforce, and government frameworks, including its work with ministries of education building or reforming national special education systems.
Experience
